Limited edition large format prints, small works sale gouache and original oil paintings are final sale.

Store credit or exchange may be possible, contact for further information.

Returns on open edition prints (16x20” and smaller) are accepted within 7 days in the same condition it was received. Please note, shipping and return fees will not be refunded. There will be a 5% card processing fee for credit card purchases.

Shipping policies

U.S. SHIPPING TIMES

Most orders are typically shipped with in 3-5 business days via USPS priority day mail in the US.

Large format prints ship in 5-9 days VIA USPS or UPS/FedEX

Contact for rush orders.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders are First Class international or similar depending on sizing and country limitations. Times vary from 1-6 weeks or International Priority for larger items 6-10 days.

Tracking is sent automatically when shipped. Please allow 24 hrs for tracking to update.
Please let me know if you have not received your package within these expected time frames.

Expedited shipping may be available depending on the destination.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES/DUTY FEES

Please note that all taxes, duties and customs fees associated with international shipping are the responsibility of the buyer and are paid at delivery.

SHIPPING DAMAGE

I take great care to ensure your purchase will arrive safely and quickly but occasionally things happen. Please send an email to info@samanthafrench.com with photos of any damage to the item (and the packaging) that has occurred during shipping so I can remedy the situation.
